Total CSE manages a dozen holiday centres in France. As part of the management of these centres, the administrative elements relating to the 700 seasonal hires and the thousands of children hosted are managed by Total CSE.
Total CSE wanted to develop a tailor-made tool to manage the personnel of its centres and the corresponding documents.
The project was a success, with the application being used by around ten centres and enabling the monitoring of a thousand seasonal workers. TCM is now working with Total CSE on new projects.

- Development of dashboards to improve management,
- Design of the platform in line with the Total brand image.
