A qualified directory for supportive care

Resorose, connecting people in the service of patients

TCM (The Coding Machine), a custom software development agency based in Paris, designed the Resorose MVP: a mobile application, a professional space and a back office to connect patients with supportive care professionals.

Resorose is a platform that connects patients with supportive care professionals, in both health and wellness.

The project stems from a very real difficulty: during and after illness, identifying and contacting the right professional is far from simple.

The need: create a qualified directory bringing together health and wellness professionals, and give them a space to manage their visibility and appointments.

Three requirements to meet together

Uncompromising GDPR compliance

The platform deals with patient data. Regulatory compliance had to be absolute.

Two audiences, two experiences

Patients needed a reassuring journey. Practitioners needed a strict verification process.

An automated business model

The business model had to run on its own, directly linked to smooth appointment booking.

An MVP designed to grow

A patient app, a professional space and a back office

TCM delivered an MVP designed to evolve.

Patients use an iOS and Android mobile app. Professionals have a web space to subscribe and set up their profile. An administration dashboard centralises everything.

Cross-platform mobile application

For patients: a directory of available professionals by area, and content organised by service and category to support life after treatment. Appointment booking redirects to the professional's own tool.

Professional web space

Subscription with integrated payment and a calendar module.

Back office

Moderation and statistical analysis.

Visual identity and landing page

Resorose's brand guidelines and landing page.

93
documented security checkpoints, across 10 areas
2 stores covered: App Store and Google Play
4 components delivered: patient app, professional space, back office, visual identity

Behind every screen, there is a patient going through a difficult time. We kept that in mind with every decision, from the tone of the content to the verification of practitioners.

Your questions about healthcare matching platforms

You need three components: an app for patients, a space for professionals and a back office to moderate and verify profiles. This is the architecture TCM delivered for Résorose, which connects patients with supportive care professionals.

By building data protection in from the design stage: collecting only what is necessary, controlling access and verifying registered professionals. For Résorose, TCM also documented 93 security checkpoints across 10 areas when publishing on the App Store.

TCM (The Coding Machine), a custom software development agency based in Paris, designed the MVP of Résorose: an iOS and Android app for patients, a web space for professionals with subscription, payment and calendar, and a moderation back office, in React Native and Laravel.
