How much does a custom TMA contract cost ?
The price of a custom TMA contract depends on the scope (web, mobile, Al, or combined), the criticality of your application, and the desired SLA level.
An application maintenance package generally starts around €1,500 excl. tax/month for a small application, and can exceed €10,000 excl. tax/month for critical IT systems with 24/7 on-call support.

Do you also maintain mobile applications ?
Yes. We support iOS and Android applications, whether they are native (Swift, Kotlin) or cross-platform (React Native, Flutter). This includes tracking store submissions, compatibility with new OS versions, crash tracking via Crashlytics or Sentry, and fast-tracked hotfixes in the event of a blocking incident.
What is the difference between corrective and preventive maintenance ?
Corrective maintenance takes place after an incident: bug, crash, regression.
Preventive maintenance acts beforehand: security patches, dependency updates, technical debt refactoring. Both are complementary: preventive reduces the need for corrective.
Can you take over an application developed by another provider ?
Yes, this accounts for about 40% of our application maintenance activity. We start with a technical audit (code quality, debt, security, infrastructure), then we propose a takeover plan in 3 phases: transition, stabilization, optimization. The takeover is done without any service interruption.
What monitoring tools do you use ?
We adapt to your existing stack. If nothing is in place, we generally recommend Datadog or Grafana for application observability, Sentry for web, Crashlytics for mobile, and PagerDuty for on-call management. The goal: to detect incidents before your users do.
Is there a minimum duration commitment for the TMA contract?
No, our custom TMA contracts do not require long-term commitments. You can cancel with a 3-month notice. This flexibility is intentional: if we do our job well, you won’t want to leave.
