Automation of your business workflows

Connect your tools, eliminate repetitive tasks, and orchestrate your processes from end to end. We design custom automations, integrated into your IS, that save you 80% of time on your critical operations.

What is business workflow automation ?

Business workflow automation consists of automatically chaining tasks that were previously performed manually by your teams: data entry, document control, system updates, notifications, validations, and reporting.

In concrete terms, we connect your tools (ERP, CRM, EDM, messaging, accounting, HR) with each other and integrate an intelligence layer: business rules, OCR, and generative AI when relevant. The goal is to process complete workflows from end to end, 24/7, without human intervention on routine steps.

When does automation become a growth lever ?

Your teams spend more time re-entering data than analyzing it.

Your tools don't communicate and create information silos.

Your validation processes take days instead of a few minutes.

Human errors are expensive (invoices, contracts, accounting).

Your growth is hindered by administrative bottlenecks.

You want to track and audit every step of your business processes.

What we can automate for you

Automated document processing

OCR on invoices, contracts, and certificates. Structured extraction, consistency checks, and automatic filing in your EDM. No more manual entry.

Synchronization between your tools

CRM, ERP, accounting, HR, messaging: we connect your systems so that data entered once is propagated everywhere, in real-time and without errors.

Automated reporting & dashboards

Multi-source aggregation, business calculations, and automatic distribution via email or Slack. Your KPIs are up to date without any analyst spending their day on it.

AI-augmented workflows

Meeting summary synthesis, automatic lead qualification, generation of contextualized responses, intelligent validation circuits: we integrate generative AI into high-value steps.

From audit to production in 4 steps

01

Audit & mapping

We map your existing processes, calculate the time spent, and identify the workflows with the highest ROI. Deliverable: a prioritized automation plan.

1 à 2 weeks
02

Prototype (POC)

We automate a first workflow on a limited scope to validate the real gains, tool integration, and team adoption before industrialization.

2 à 4 weeks
03

Industrialization

At-scale deployment, secure integration into your IS (API, ERP, CRM), scalability, monitoring, error handling, and training for your teams.

6 à 12 weeks
04

Measurement & improvement

KPI tracking (time saved, errors avoided, cost per transaction), continuous evolution, and addition of new workflows as your needs change.

Continuous

The right level of automation for your needs

We adapt the technical complexity and scope to the real ROI, not the other way around.

N1
No-code / low-code automation
With n8n, Make, or Zapier : we connect your existing SaaS tools and automate simple workflows (CRM sync, notifications, reporting).
N2
Business workflows integrated into your IS
Custom automations with API integration to your ERP, CRM, EDM. Includes OCR, conditional validation, error handling, and complete traceability.
N3
Intelligent orchestration (AI + automation)
Workflows augmented by generative AI : semantic extraction, classification, summarization, contextual decisions. Resilient, multi-system architecture.

How we automated an invoicing process in 6 weeks

Context

A B2B services company with 8,000 supplier invoices per year. 2 FTEs entirely dedicated to accounting entry, consistency checks, and reconciliation with purchase orders. Average processing time was 4 days.

Solution

Automation workflow with OCR on PDF invoices, structured extraction (supplier, amounts, VAT, references), automatic reconciliation with the ERP, and escalation to the controller only on exceptions.

Security & compliance

Sovereign European hosting, logging of every action for auditing, GDPR compliance, and systematic human validation before any payment triggered by the automation.

Adoption

Training of accounting teams, redeployment of resources to higher-value tasks (analysis, supplier negotiation), and a real-time dashboard for the CFO.

Résults

82%
of invoices processed without human intervention.
< 4h
average processing time (vs 4 days).
- 65%
reduction in data entry errors.

Questions about workflow automation

What is the difference between RPA, n8n/Make, and custom automation ?

RPA (UiPath, Automation Anywhere) simulates a human clicking through interfaces—costly, fragile, but suited for legacy software without APIs. Tools like n8n or Make connect APIs together—quick to set up, ideal for standard SaaS workflows. Custom automation (our approach) combines these building blocks when relevant, adds a business logic layer specific to your context, and ensures long-term maintainability. We choose the tool based on your constraints, not the other way around.

Do my data remain confidential ?

Yes. We systematically favor European infrastructures (sovereign cloud, Mistral hosting, Azure EU, or self-hosting when criticality requires it). No data is used to train third-party models. The architecture includes encryption in transit and at rest, tenant isolation, auditable logging, and end-to-end GDPR compliance.

What happens if the automation encounters an unforeseen case ?

This is exactly what we design upfront. Each workflow includes explicit error handling: upon an exception, the case is escalated to a human with all the necessary context, rather than blocking or, worse, automatically making a wrong decision. Critical processes systematically remain under human validation.

How long for a first prototype ?

Between 2 and 4 weeks for a demonstrable POC on a targeted workflow. This phase allows validating the real gain, integration with existing tools, and team adoption before committing the industrialization budget. We only industrialize what has proven its value.

What tools do you use to automate ?

We combine several building blocks depending on the context: n8n and Make for standard SaaS workflows, custom developments in Laravel/Symfony/Node.js for complex business logic, AI models (Mistral, OpenAI, LangChain) when a step requires semantic understanding, and direct API integrations to your ERP/CRM. The right tool is the one that solves your problem, not the trendy one.

Will automation replace my teams ?

No. Our automations act as copilots: they free your teams from low-value repetitive tasks (data entry, checking, reconciliation) to focus them on high-value missions like analysis, consulting, customer relations, and continuous improvement. Among our clients, automation has not reduced headcounts: it has redirected the teams’ efforts toward their core business.
