What is the difference between RPA, n8n/Make, and custom automation ?
RPA (UiPath, Automation Anywhere) simulates a human clicking through interfaces—costly, fragile, but suited for legacy software without APIs. Tools like n8n or Make connect APIs together—quick to set up, ideal for standard SaaS workflows. Custom automation (our approach) combines these building blocks when relevant, adds a business logic layer specific to your context, and ensures long-term maintainability. We choose the tool based on your constraints, not the other way around.
Do my data remain confidential ?
Yes. We systematically favor European infrastructures (sovereign cloud, Mistral hosting, Azure EU, or self-hosting when criticality requires it). No data is used to train third-party models. The architecture includes encryption in transit and at rest, tenant isolation, auditable logging, and end-to-end GDPR compliance.
What happens if the automation encounters an unforeseen case ?
This is exactly what we design upfront. Each workflow includes explicit error handling: upon an exception, the case is escalated to a human with all the necessary context, rather than blocking or, worse, automatically making a wrong decision. Critical processes systematically remain under human validation.
How long for a first prototype ?
