TCM (The Coding Machine), a custom software development agency based in Paris, developed an HR business application for Total CSE that centralises the management of more than 700 seasonal hires a year, across around ten holiday centres.

Every year, around 700 seasonal workers need to be hired and followed up. Their administrative management still had to be digitalised and centralised.
The works council wanted a custom tool, adapted to its own document management processes.

Forms, DMS and dashboards
TCM delivered a complete web business application for HR management. It brings together the forms for creating files, electronic document management, including contracts, and tracking dashboards.
The application is hosted on a secure infrastructure, containerised with Docker. It was delivered quickly, in a context the client itself considered complicated. Since then, TCM has been supporting Total CSE on new projects.
