Sun'R, the first mission-driven company in energy

Why did Sun'R call on TCM?

Sun’R, the first mission-driven company in the energy sector, has been developing projects to produce renewable electricity since 2007. TheCodingMachine designed an online land registry form for Sun’R, integrated into their internal tools. This form lets potential customers (farmers, landowners, local authorities, businesses) select plots on an interactive map, specify their type of project and land use, then submit their contact details.

Three challenges for a reliable, custom form

Personalising the journey according to the project

Adapting the form journey to the type of project and land use entered by the prospect.

Making data transmission reliable

Guaranteeing reliable automatic data transmission to QGIS and HubSpot.

Displaying land registry data

Managing and displaying land registry data: area, plot number, municipality.

A complete journey, from map to CRM

A multi-step form connected to internal tools

We built a multi-step online land registry form, designed to simplify the collection of project information and customer contact details. The form includes an interactive map for selecting land registry plots, displaying key data (area, plot number, municipality).

The information is automatically sent to QGIS for map analysis and to HubSpot for sales follow-up.
A custom, responsive design was implemented, in line with the brand guidelines of Sun’R and Sun’Agri.

Your questions about online land registry forms

What you need to know before digitalising land prospecting, with the example of the form developed for Sun'R.

The map must let users select a plot directly and display its key data, without leaving the form. This is what we developed for Sun’R with Leaflet.

Data must be sent automatically with each submission, for both map analysis and sales follow-up. This is how it works for Sun’R.

TCM developed a land registry form for Sun’R in 3 months, with a design that follows the Sun’R and Sun’Agri brand guidelines.
