Econocom - Business platform
A custom business platform to digitalise the supply chain
The context
Econocom is an international company specialising in digital services and the distribution of digital equipment. Within its distribution department, the registration with the manufacturer of each piece of equipment distributed to clients was done entirely by hand. Their need was to digitalise and automate this tracking throughout the supply chain in order to make effective use of the data from these registrations.
The challenges
Fully digitalising a business process that had until then been manual.
Reliable interconnection with external services (APIs) to register products automatically.
Designing tracking tools and analytics dashboards able to process a large volume of data.
The delivered solution
TCM developed HubReg, a centralised business platform that automates equipment registration, connected to the various players in the distribution chain, with an administration interface and statistical dashboards.
The development of the HubReg business application from scratch.
