Do you work with my internal team or do you replace them ?
We always work with your internal teams. Our goal is to transfer the methodology, structure thinking, and upskill your Product Owner, CTO, or lead tech, not to create dependency. At the end of each mission, your team is more autonomous than before.
What is the difference compared to a traditional consulting firm ?
We come from a development background, not consulting. Our consultants have written code, delivered products to production, and managed technical teams. This changes everything: our recommendations are executable, our estimates are realistic, and our trade-offs take actual technical debt into account. No theoretical slides disconnected from reality.
Can you handle the development after the scoping phase ?
Yes, it is actually one of our strengths: our development teams and consultants work hand in hand. But it is not an obligation. The scoping document is designed to be usable by any serious internal technical team, freelancer, or other service provider.
How long does product scoping take ?
Between 2 and 6 weeks depending on complexity. A simple MVP can be scoped in 2 to 3 weeks. A business product with system integrations, regulatory constraints, and multiple user types will require 4 to 6 weeks. We calibrate the effort upfront to avoid unnecessarily prolonging the mission.
When should we involve you in the product lifecycle ?
As early as possible. Upfront scoping costs 10 times less than a redesign 18 months after launch. But it is never too late: we also intervene on struggling existing products (drifting roadmap, technical debt, demotivated team) to get the project back on track.
